Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MoveTrack Fitness ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

MoveTrack Fitness is a functional fitness tracking application for iOS and Android that provides workout timers, load tracking, workout library, training program management, body assessment tools, and a plate calculator. Core fitness tracking features work offline on your device. The App also includes cloud-based social features such as a social feed, user profiles, follow relationships, comments, reactions, challenges between friends, health data sync, push notifications, and deep links to public profiles and challenges.

The App also offers optional artificial intelligence features, available to Pro subscribers, including smart workout import and AI-powered training program generation. These features require an internet connection.

3. In-App Purchases

MoveTrack Fitness offers optional Pro features available through in-app purchases managed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime purchases. All payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Subscription renewals are automatic unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscriptions.

16. Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement

If you accessed or downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you agree to comply with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ( Apple Standard EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail with respect to your use of the App on Apple devices.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features

AI features (smart import and program generator) are subject to monthly usage limits, which vary by subscription type. Quotas are automatically renewed each month.

Content generated by artificial intelligence (workout interpretation and training programs) is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. These results are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by the user. Latitude Zero Tech is not responsible for workouts or programs generated by AI.

5. User Accounts

An account is required to access social and community features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your username is unique and publicly visible. Your profile information (display name, bio, avatar, level, XP, and streak) may be visible to other users depending on your interactions.

You must not impersonate other individuals or entities, use misleading usernames, or create multiple accounts to circumvent moderation actions.

6. User-Generated Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post through the App, including shared workout results, photos, comments, and replies. By posting content, you grant Latitude Zero Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to post content that: is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory; contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence; promotes hate speech or discrimination; is spam, misleading, or fraudulent; infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; or otherwise violates applicable laws.

Latitude Zero Tech reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

7. Community Guidelines & Moderation

The App provides tools for reporting inappropriate content or users and for blocking other users. Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning at our sole discretion.

Violations of these Terms or abusive behavior toward other users may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account. Moderation decisions are final.

8. Challenges

Users can create and participate in fitness challenges. Challenge participation data, including scores, check-ins, and photos, is visible to all members of that challenge.

Challenges have shareable invite codes that generate publicly accessible URLs. You are responsible for who you share invite codes with.

Leaderboards and rankings within challenges are determined automatically based on participant activity.

9. Health Data

The App can optionally read health data from Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android), such as calories burned, steps, heart rate, and active minutes. This data is synced to our servers and linked to your account.

Health data displayed in the App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

You are responsible for managing the health data permissions granted to the App through your device settings.

10. User Data and Privacy

Your data is stored both locally on your device and in our cloud servers (Convex), depending on the feature. Local data includes workout results, body assessments, and training programs. Cloud data includes your profile, shared content, photos, social interactions, challenges, health sync data, and notifications. 11. Fitness Disclaimer

MoveTrack Fitness is a tracking and timing tool — it is not a substitute for professional fitness instruction, medical advice, or physical therapy. Always consult with a qualified fitness professional before starting any new exercise program. Use the App at your own risk and listen to your body.

The 1RM calculations, percentage recommendations, and AI-generated programs provided by the App are estimates and should be used as guidelines only, not absolute values.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within MoveTrack Fitness are the property of Latitude Zero Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latitude Zero Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, physical injury, or loss of profits.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. You may also delete your account through the App settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or repeatedly infringe on community guidelines.

Upon account deletion, all your cloud data is permanently removed in a cascading process, including your profile, social interactions, photos, challenge data, and notifications. Your Clerk authentication account is also deleted. The process is batched and may take a few hours to complete. Photos may persist briefly in storage until cleanup processes run.

Content you shared that was already seen by other users (e.g., comments on others' posts) may have been cached or stored in other users' feeds. We do not guarantee the removal of all copies of previously shared content.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal. Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Latitude Zero Tech from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) content you post or share through the App; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
