What does AMRAP mean?
AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible. You work for a fixed time — e.g. 20 minutes — and complete as many rounds of the prescribed movements as you can.
What is an EMOM workout?
EMOM means Every Minute On the Minute. At the start of each minute you perform a set amount of work, then rest for whatever remains of that minute.
What is the Tabata protocol?
Tabata is a high-intensity interval protocol: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of all-out work followed by 10 seconds of rest, totalling 4 minutes.
